The Old Bear's Den Workshop Center is available for your special events. Located just off of SR 664 South, just 5 miles from Old Man's Cave, in the picturesque Hocking Hills. The center is available for groups, clubs, or organizations, with ample room but constructed so the center's character and atmosphere blend with the natural beauty of the Hocking Hills.
We work with every client to assure the workshop center meets or exceeds your requirements. Equipped for sophisticated presentations including an 8 x 10 view screen with digital projection system for slide programs or computer generated Power Point presentations. Seating and work surfaces to accommodate 20 to 25 guests.
The Old Bear's Den Workshop Center - Overnight
With room for up to 25 guests, The Old Bear's Den Center is in a rustic natural wooded setting just 5 miles from Old Man's Cave State Park. We offer a facility for hourly day event use or overnight retreat stays. The two 10' x 30' open loft areas sleep 10-12 per side. Guests can bring their sleeping bag, air mattress and pillows. It's like an indoor camp out. Each of the restrooms has a shower to accommodate an overnight stay. The kitchen is set up for catering in and has a refrigerator, microwave and gas grill outside. There is also room for primitive camp sites near the camp fire ring.
Located just off SR 664 S. 5 miles from either Logan or in the other direction Old Man's Cave we offer the perfect setting for next event. Come join us in the beautiful Hocking Hills of Ohio.

Rental Rates:
- Event Rates: (Weddings, Reunions, Retreats, etc...)
- $150.00, ½ day rate up to 25 guests under 4 hours
- $225.00, all day rate up to 25 guests, 4 - 8 hours
- $25.00 per hour for each additional hour up to 10 hours
- Rates: (Workshops, Meetings, & Classes, (minimum 8 people))
- $3.00 per person up to 4 hours - x 25 = $75.00
- $5.00 per person up to 6 hours - x 25 = $125.00
- $6.00 per person up to 8 hours - x 25 = $150.00
- Overnight Stay in the Lofts: (up to 8 per side)
- $20.00 per person each night
- $15.00 campsite per night (up to 3 people), $5.00 each additional person
